This Week on Neighborful at Night

Hello, You -

As mentioned last week, I've started hosting a nightly live gathering on YouTube, Monday through Friday at 9:00p ET for 15 minutes, for those of us who are struggling to close out the day and get some good rest. It's called Neighborful at Night, and I invite you to join when you're able.

Each evening here at Neighborful at Night, we will:

  • Settle in with a Neighborful Meditation;
  • Enjoy a relaxing Show and Tell from our community; and
  • Listen to a message from the Neighbor Line, where our listeners tell their stories from the real world of neighbors taking great care of them.

At the end of each Neighborful at Night, you are welcome to stick around for a Sleep Edition of Neighborful Station, our story-based meditation podcast, set in a small town that's big enough for all of us. You can set a sleep timer on your device, if you're ready for bed, and fall asleep listening to the sound of our town.

This Week's Schedule

For the week of January 19th, here's what we have lined up each night for Show and Tell. You can also click here to add a recurring reminder to your calendar that will alert you 10 minutes before showtime, each night for the rest of this month.

Monday 19th, MLK Day: Bedtime Biography for Bayard Rustin (Add to Calendar)

Tuesday 20th: Walk Around Philadelphia (Add to Calendar)

Wednesday 21st: 50 State Dinner Series (Add to Calendar)

Thursday 22nd: Illustrating with Isabella (Add to Calendar)

Friday 23rd: Playgrounds of Amsterdam (Add to Calendar)

I've set up a page on the Neighborful Station website where you can always add the current week's episodes to your calendar, and you can put a nightly reminder on your calendar that covers the rest of this month. You can also watch last Friday's show to get a sense for what it's like when we gather.

Please feel free to share this info with anyone in your life who might find it helpful.

Going forward, I will send out this schedule update for Neighborful at Night on Monday mornings, and I will also continue publishing Neighborfully on Thursday afternoons.

Wishing all of us warmth and peace during these cold days.

With gratitude, Michael
