Are you struggling to wind down at the end of your days right now?

The Neighborful Goodnight is a live 10-minute gathering on YouTube, happening Monday through Friday evenings at 9:00p Eastern, 8:00p Central. There is no cost to attend. Join us for a quiet and peaceful transition from the hustle of the day toward night, so that you can get some good rest this evening.

My name is Michael, and Iโ€™m the creator and host of Neighborful Station, a story-based meditation podcast set in a small town thatโ€™s big enough for all of us.

Each evening here at The Neighborful Goodnight, we will gather with a brief meditation on hope and community. We will then share a bedtime story - a Sleep Edition of Neighborful Station, our story-based meditation podcast, set in a small town that's big enough for all of us. You can set a sleep timer on your device, if you're ready for bed, and fall asleep listening to the sound of our town. (Here are sleep timer instructions for iPhone/iPad, and here's a sleep timer app for Android.)

Click here to add a recurring reminder to your calendar that will alert you 10 minutes before showtime, each night for the rest of this month.

Support Neighborful at Night

If you're enjoying our nightly gathering, I invite you to join our community as a Town Resident (free) or Town Founder (paid). You can also make a one-time donation via Venmo or PayPal to support this project, and you can give a gift subscription to Neighborful Station to someone who is dear to You.

Thanks so much for being here, and I'll see you tonight.
